change quantities or proceed directly to check out.

Once you're logged into your account you will be able to duplicate entire orders or just one product, it's up to you. Or save items for future reference. You never

How to Find Products
We have provided several ways to locate the product you're looking for
on our site. You can browse items by Type just click Inkjet, Laser, Fax, etc.
The second method is to use the search option
at the top of each page. This search engine permits you to search
our entire web site by keyword(s), either by inkjet description or inkjet
manufacturer and obtain a list of products matching your keyword(s).
Type in a keyword or phrase such as "Stylus", or "093" in the Keyword
search box to bring up products that match your search criteria (If
you know the product number of your item, type it in as a keyword; you'll
jump right to it.)
Or last, but not least, search for your item
by Manufacturer (Canon, Epson, HP) to pull up a list of all the items
that cross to a particular manufacturer. Simply click on "Choose your Printer" or "Choose your Cartridge".

Shipping Charges, Options and Instructions
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order, orders
placed before 2pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday, will usually
ship the same day the order was taken.
Inkjetwarehouse.com guarantees 2 day delivery to most
domestic locations at UPS Ground Rates. Overnight, Two-Day and Three Day shipments
are available. Please provide us with a street shipping address
as we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.
When you check out with your order basket, the
freight charges are automatically calculated by weight and added to
your order total on the "Shipping Charges" line. Your e-Mail confirmation
will contain your order #.
Drop/Blind Shipments: We encourage our dealers to have adequate supply of product on hand to service their customers.
Here are our terms for Domestic Order Drop/Blind ship.
Values based upon product totals (not including shipping).
Order Value over $250 = No additional Charge
Order Value over $100 = $5 Drop ship fee
Order Value $50-$99 = $10 Drop ship fee
Order Value $25-$49 = $15 Drop ship fee
Order Value less than $25 = $25 Drop ship fee
International Shipping: Shipments for
outside of the continental United States must also be placed by phone
or by calling our customer service department. All additional charges,
duties and fees for international orders will be the responsibility

Express Shipping: We offer next day and
two day air service delivery to most parts of the U.S. Express shipping
charges are based on the exact weight of your package.
Express Weight/Size Limit: Due to weight
or size restrictions, some heavy or oversized items cannot be sent via
"Express Shipping". Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska: We're sorry, but shipments
to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may require additional shipping charges
due to the much higher costs of UPS delivery to these locations.

samples are photographed, production models may vary slightly. Sorry

How to Purchase Products
When you find a product you want to purchase, enter a quantity and click "Buy".
That product and any others you have selected will appear in your virtual
shopping cart. Review your purchases, change quantities, remove products
and change the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the
word "My Cart" at the top of each page. And once you've finished filling
your cart, you can proceed to check out to process your order, follow
the instructions as they are given to you on each page.

Registration
If you are a new customer, click on "My Account" at the top of the page and then click "Create an Account". Follow
the instructions by filling in your personal information, remember to record
your customer number and email used for future use. This email address will be your username during future logins.
If you are an existing customer click the "My Account" link at the top of the page and login.
You can either click checkout to purchase items already in your cart or you can begin shopping, Once you're ready to checkout click "Check Out".
Once the order processing is complete,
your will receive an order number. Record this number so that you can
refer to it if you want to track your order or want to contact us with
questions or problems. You will receive an E-Mail confirmation of you
order when it is processed and shipped from our warehouse in Canton,
Connecticut. If at any time, for any reason, during or after you process
you order, you have questions or problems, we encourage you to E-Mail,
phone or fax us and we will do our best to help you.
Backorders
We provide you with our inventory information so that you can make your
buying decisions, just as you would at your local office store. Remember
that we update this information constantly, so check often. If the inkjet
you want is out of stock, you may still order it, and we will place
it on backorder. Your order confirmation will include a projected ship
date. At any time before shipment you may contact us and cancel your
order if you choose to not wait for it to be restocked.
Returns and Guarantees
All Inkjetwarehouse.com products are backed by our 100% guarantee of
satisfaction.
You have a full 90 days to decide, if you're
not pleased with your purchase let us know and we'll make it right,
no questions asked! We'll gladly replace it, refund your money, or credit
you for other items - it's your choice.
Inkjetwarehouse.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the
unused inkjet prepaid (at your own expense) to Inkjetwarehouse for
exchange or refund. Inkjetwarehouse will only pay return charges for
shipping errors made by Inkjetwarehouse.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Damaged or incomplete shipments should be returned
by following the instructions included with each order. In all cases,
if you receive a shipment that has be broken open or damaged in shipment,
please refuse delivery and it will be automatically returned to us.
We will reprocess a replacement order as soon as we discover the problem.
